At autostyling.com, we aim to provide the best service and products to our customers. We understand there may be occasions when you need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while protecting our business interests.
1. Cancellation Before Shipment
1.1 Order Processing Time:
- Orders can be canceled without penalty before shipment.
- To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at sales@autostyling.com.
- This does not apply to special order or custom made/modified orders and products or orders with tyre packages which the tyres are already in transit to our tyre fitting center.
- 1.2 Cancellation Fees
- If the order is canceled before the order has been shipped, no cancellation fee will apply, except in the case of when Klarna is used as below.
- If the order has been processed, began custom work, enroute from supplier (special order) or shipped, cancellation will be subject to our return policy.
1.3 Klarna Orders:
- For orders placed with Klarna that are canceled for "changed my mind" reasons, the customer will be liable for a 3.5% transaction fee incurred by us. This fee covers the non-refundable transaction costs we incur from Klarna.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
2.1 Process:
- If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return and will be subject to our return policy. Please refer to our return policy for detailed information on how to return an order.
3. Non-Cancellable Orders
3.1 Custom and Personalized Items:
- Orders for custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled once the production process has started. This includes items that are made to order or have been customized to your specifications including but not limited to wheels and tyre packages, custom ET, custom PCD and custom color.
4. How to Cancel an Order
4.1 Contact Us:
- To cancel your order, please email us at sales@autostyling.com. Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation. Sending a cancellation request via any other communication method will not suffice and your order may ship. Email is our official communication method.
4.2 Confirmation:
- Once your cancellation request is received, we will process it and send you a confirmation email. If your order cannot be canceled (e.g., already shipped), our return policy will apply.
5. Changes to the Cancellation Policy
5.1 Policy Updates:
- We reserve the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the effective date. It is your responsibility to review the policy periodically for any updates.
