Damage Policy

Exchanges (Damaged or defective continued)

All items other than wheels

Goods that have been damaged and are no longer operational due to the damage can be exchanged free of charge to the buyer. Please contact us via email sales@autostyling.com and include your order number and we will pickup and replace your item. Please note, products that are of functional use are not returnable for cosmetic reasons.

Wheels - Functional Damage - Before fitting to the vehicle

Damage that affects the functionality of a wheel include

  • Leaking of air due to damage to the wheels bead seating area
  • Structural cracking of the wheels

If you experience one of the above points, we will exchange your wheel(s) for new ones. Please email sales@autostyling.com

Wheels - Functional Damage - After fitting to the car

Damage caused by impacts is in most cases not covered under warranty. 

Runflat tyres void all warranties.

Each manufacturer has their own warranty policies, which overrule the above. (This does not include manufacturer defects) 


Wheels - Cosmetic Damage - Before fitting to the vehicle

Please note, we take every precaution to get your wheels to you in a damage free, acceptable manner. But we must set some rules to stop our exchanges system being abused.

Cosmetic damage that we allow the return of a wheel for

  • Curbing of the outer edge longer than 1cm
  • Deep scrapes in the wheel longer than 3cm that are visible from 3ft away
  • 5 or more minor imperfections on a single alloy caused by transport (Bigger than 0.3cm)
  • Paint flaking at edges more than 1CM in one place

Minuscule imperfections smaller than 0.3CM in width or height are not counted as cosmetic damage.

If you experience cosmetic damage to your wheels please email sales@autostyling.com.

We will replace your wheel(s) if your wheel(s) fall into our cosmetic damage criteria.

We may, in the managements decision accept exchanges outside the above criteria but a re-stocking fee may apply.

Scrapes/marks to the rear of the wheels are not covered, as provide no cosmetic downside or functional issue and are purposely sacrificial to stop the chances of the front of the rim getting scraped.

We do not accept any liability for damages after tyres have been fit. We will not be held liable for damages made by the tyre fitter or from road impacts.

Tyres - Functional Damage - Before fitting to the vehicle

If you believe your tyres have experienced functional damage during fitting or transports from us to you, please send pictures to sales@autostyling.com and do not drive on the tyres. We take damage to tyres seriously and we will replace damaged tyres at no cost to you.

Please note, tyres are not returnable for cosmetic damage.

We may, in the managements decision accept exchanges outside the above criteria but a re-stocking fee may apply.

Defective

If an item is defective out of the box e.g. LED Headlights not turning on, we will collect and replace your item. If your specific item is out of stock we will refund or offer an alternative item that is the same price.
