Refund & Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept cancellations while the item is in transit. You are responsible for return shipping. If the item is refused for a "changed my mind" order, return shipping costs that we incur as a result of the item being returned will be charged to you.

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Special order items (items that were ordered specifically for you and are not stocked)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. For "changed my mind" orders with finance, we will deduct the charge we incur from the finance company, which is 3.5%. This only applies to "changed my mind" orders/returns for customer error.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale Items (if applicable)

Sale items are not refundable. However, please see exchanges for exceptions.

Wheel & Tyre Packages (if applicable)

If ordering wheels and selecting to have tyres fit, these wheels are not returnable/refundable.

Exceptions to this are:

  1. Exchanges (see Exchanges below)
  2. If you were advised a wheel will fit your car and it does not.
  3. We may, at our own discretion, decide to accept a return even if neither point 1 or 2 meets the criteria, but we will deduct 20% of the total amount of your order.

The reason we cannot accept wheels with tyres fit is that they are tailor-fit for you.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: AutoStyling, Derrydonnell More, Athenry, Co. Galway, Ireland.

Management can decide to waive this and accept an exchange with a 20% fee of your original purchase price.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a refund to the original method of payment once the returned item is received.


To return your product, you should mail your product to: AutoStyling, Derrydonnell More, Athenry, Co. Galway, H65 A891, (091) 740 329.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the reason for your return is our mistake, e.g., received a different item than you purchased, broken at arrival). If you refuse a delivery for a "changed my mind" order, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost that we are charged.

If the item is overweight or you are having trouble getting a courier to deliver it, we will, if possible, collect the item for you at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be informed of the price prior to collection.

Where you cancel the shipment of goods before the goods arrive, you will be liable for outgoing shipping costs and a restocking fee. If the wheels were custom drilled/custom offset and/or special order for you, the goods will not be eligible for a refund, and you will have to pay for outgoing shipping costs again.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Special Order Items

Wheels not marked with a quantity in stock in green are special orders. Brands affected include XXR, Stuttgart & Riviera, OEMS, Veemann & ISPIRI. Bola wheels are also non-returnable as they are custom-made for you.

If you have not received your order within 30 days, you are eligible to cancel your order regardless of it being a special order item, unless you had previously accepted that the delivery would take longer. This does not apply to customized / personalised products, only special order where the delivery timeframe was said to be at least 3 times shorter.

Fitment and Condition of Wheels

It is you, the customers responsibility, to inspect the wheels before fitting tyres and/or driving on them and to check for correct fitment and brake clearance on your vehicle.

By ordering off of us, you agree to check the following items 

Fitment Guarantee and Condition of Wheels

To avail of our fitment guarantee when ordering wheels marked with the green tick "These wheels fit your car", the following is required before fitting tyres. If you fit tyres before checking the below, our fitment guarantee is void and we will not accept the return, we are not liable if you order an item which does not fit your if you ordered a wheel without ordering the fitment recommended by us and expressly marked "This will fit your car"

  • You must check goods for fitment prior to mounting tyres, the below is required to be checked if you wish to avail of our fitment guarantee, fitting tyres voids the fitment guarantee
    • Fitting one front and one rear wheel to the car without tyres to check for adequate clearances and correct bolt pattern
    • Check you like the fitment and its not too wide for your preference

Compliance with Local Regulations

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to check and ensure that the wheels purchased comply with local regulations and approval requirements for their specific vehicle.
  • Liability: is not liable for any issues arising from the use of wheels that do not meet local regulatory requirements.
  • Verification: Customers should verify the compatibility and legality of the wheels with their vehicle's specifications and local laws before purchase and installation.
